Priyanshi is a counsel at Singularity Legal. She holds an LL.M in International Law from the University of Cambridge. She has also passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE)- 1 of England and Wales (2024).
She represents clients in international disputes ranging from industry sectors such as energy, banking & finance, data & artificial intelligence, media & telecommunications, mining rights, and oil and gas; and international maritime boundary disputes.
Her range of experience includes advising clients in complex international commercial arbitrations under various rules like LCIA, MCIA and ad hoc arbitrations as well as in investor state disputes under ICSID, PCA and UNCITRAL. She has previously worked for a boutique public international law firm in London on a range of contentious disputes and non-contentious advisory proceedings.
Priyanshi’s research on the treatment of sovereign debt in investor state arbitration was awarded the Nappert Prize (second place) in 2022.
